How much should I spend on ads?
That's separate from our fee and depends on your market. Most local businesses start somewhere between £300 and £1,000 a month. On our first call we'll give you an honest figure for your area and goals.
What's the difference between the fee and the ad spend?
Our monthly fee covers building and managing your campaigns. Your ad spend is the money that goes to Google to actually show your ads. You pay Google directly, so you're always in control of your budget.
How quickly will I see results?
Ads can bring in enquiries within days of going live. The first few weeks are about gathering data and refining, so performance improves month on month.
Why is there a three-month minimum?
Campaigns need data to get efficient. Three months gives us enough to learn what converts and bring your cost per enquiry down. Judging ads after two weeks is judging them before they've warmed up.
Do I own the ad account?
Yes. We build it under your ownership, so if we ever part ways, the account, its data and its history all stay with you.
Can I change or pause my plan?
After the initial three months, you can move up, down, or pause with a month's notice. Turn spend up when you want more work, down when your diary is full.
Do I need a good website for ads to work?
It helps a lot. Ads bring the click; your page converts it. If your site isn't pulling its weight we'll tell you, and we can build one that does.
