Why is Essentials enough for most businesses?
Essentials covers the things that actually keep a website safe and online: hosting, backups, security updates and monitoring. Most businesses don't need frequent content changes made for them, so paying for that every month is money spent on something you won't use.
What happens if my site goes down?
Our monitoring usually catches it before you do. We're already investigating and fixing it, and on Essentials and above you can call us directly rather than waiting on a ticket.
Do you back up my site, and how often?
Yes, every day, automatically, on every plan. If something goes wrong, whether that's a bad update, a hack, or a mistake, we can restore your site to how it was.
Can you host and maintain a site you didn't build?
In most cases, yes. We'll audit it first to check there's nothing already broken underneath, then migrate it over with no downtime.
What counts as a minor edit on Growth or Priority?
Text changes, image swaps, adding a testimonial, small layout tweaks, that sort of thing. Larger changes like new pages or features are quoted separately, and we'll always tell you upfront if something falls outside the plan.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. There's no long lock-in on website management. Move up, down, or cancel with a month's notice.
What if something breaks outside office hours?
Monitoring runs around the clock regardless of plan, so we're often already aware. For urgent, business-critical issues we do respond outside normal hours, particularly on Priority.
